I bought it for a friend and am now in the midst of plotting a plan to steal it. It has all sorts of categories for weird and sick stuff. Including a museum in Rome hosting a variety of arrangements of old dead monks’ bones, that tomato throwing festival in Spain, and the place in the Netherlands that plays host to the nose of the great Tyco Brahe. The book is worth it for you purely to find all the food festivals in one place. It is truly a hoot.
